Native American Symposium
Tickets for this symposium will be available at the door (no need to call to preregister after March 27). Doors open at 9 a.m. and tickets are $25 each (cash, check or credit card). Lunch cannot be added at this time due to the caterer's order deadline, which has passed. Thank you for your interest!
Old Fort Niagara will host a one day symposium entitled “Fort Niagara through Native Eyes.” Speakers will include well-known Native historians Michael Galban, Jamie Jacobs and Rick Hill. The event will take place at the Tuscarora Nation House, 5226 Walmore Road Lewiston, NY. The program will get underway at 10:00 a.m. Speakers will explore the Native American perspective on the fort during the French period, the American Revolution and the War of 1812. Tickets for the program are $25.00 and are available by advance purchase only. Please call the fort after February 11 at (716) 745-7611 to purchase tickets. Lunch will also be available by advance reservation only for an additional $12.00.

January 13 through March, Open Wednesday-Sunday 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m
April 1- June 30, Open Daily 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
July and August, Open Daily 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
September 1 - October 15, Open Daily 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
October 16 - December 31, Open Wednesday through Sunday (Closed Mondays and Tuesdays) 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The fort will be open daily during Christmas week, December 26 - 31.
Closed New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Old Fort Niagara is operated by the Old Fort Niagara Association, an independent, not-for-profit organization established in 1927. We do not rely on tax dollars. Instead, the Fort is funded through a combination of admission fees, museum shop sales, and charitable contributions.
